My job was to create the commercial imagery for the event posters and advertising materials. Shot on location with 5 models, hair and make-up artists and portable studio lighting equipment, the shoot was conducted and artwork edits completed inside the tight deadline, as briefed.
The final output from my side was to complete the imagery in high resolution for three design templates, suitable for HD screen resolution, print poster and a social media square. The client's graphic designer then made adjustments to the imagery for each channel and laid-in the text and logos.
The result was that the event doubled it's usual monthly attendance and completely sold out two weeks after listing.
